Team Building
Building a team? Explore the "Challenge by Choice" concept as your group works together to overcome challenges. The program includes a ropes challenge course and initiative tasks.
Predator and Prey
Learn to survive! Become a herbivore, omnivore or carnivore and experience what it would be like to be part of the food chain.
Games and Face Painting
Enjoy the outdoors while playing games, taking part in relay races, face painting and more! Games and activities can be modified to fit any theme, season, ability and age level.
Fur Trade Game
Become a fur trader. Find beaver pelts and trade them at the post for things you and your team need. Combine this program with outdoor skills and/or snowshoeing to learn what is was like to be a trapper!
Overnight Trips
Explore the outdoors with our instructors. Camp at Miquelon Lake,
cross-country ski at Chickacoo, go for a bike ride in Jasper
National Park, hike through Kananaskis Country or canoe in William
Switzer Park. These just a few of the opportunities we offer.
WINTER PROGRAMS
Snowshoeing
Experience one of Canada's earliest forms of winter travel! Discover the history and learn how to use snowshoes through games, activities and a trek through Whitemud Creek Ravine.
Cross-Country Skiing
Gold Bar Park, Victoria Park or Mobile Van Fun, safety and skill development are emphasized in this ski program. Acquire basic skills, play games and tour the trails!
Winter Wonderland
Celebrate winter! This program will rid you of those winter blues! Join us for skating, tobogganing, games, snowshoeing and a campfire!

Cycling Skills
Come ride with us! Your group will be outfitted with the equipment and knowledge they'll need to safely cycle on the river valley trails. Learn about equipment sizing, bike maintenance, trail safety and improve your cycling skills.
Tandem Canoeing
Learn the basics of tandem canoeing on flat water - all while having the fun! Discover equipment selection, boating safety and the basic strokes.
Voyageur Canoeing
Enjoy the sights of Edmonton's river valley as you paddle down the North
Saskatchewan River in a 32-foot long canoe! You will also discover the natural and cultural history of the river valley and the voyageurs.
Archery
Ready, aim, fire! Discover the basics of archery while practicing aim and accuracy. Learn about the equipment and the history behind the sport.
Fun in the Sun
Celebrate Summer! Why not let our staff help you organize parachute games, wacky relays, a sunny treasure hunt and wild games.
