| This program is designed to teach safe cycling.
A discussion about the proper fitting of equipment, bike safety,
and trail etiquette is part of the program. Depending on the
age and skill level of the participants, the program may also
include more advanced techniques. A sample program could be
as follows: |

are instructed to keep front derailer on middle ring at all
times to avoid cross chaining), tires (proper inflation, not
touching quick releases), etc. |
